Agreement between Postigo.kz LLC (“Postigo” or “Service Provider”) and any legally capable adult individual (“Client”)
1. General Provisions
1.1. The Service Provider provides intermediary services related to purchasing goods from US online stores and auctions (“Services”) in accordance with the terms herein.
1.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. The Client undertakes to regularly monitor changes to the Agreement at: https://postigo.kz/page/conditions-of-use
1.3. By registering on the Service Provider’s website, the Client confirms acceptance of the Agreement.
1.4. The Service Provider charges a commission according to current rates, available here: https://postigo.kz/rates
1.5. The Client undertakes to carefully read and accept all terms, rules, and conditions of service provision available at: https://postigo.kz/faq
2. Procedure for Providing Services
2.1. When creating an order (adding an item), the Client must consider the full item price, shipping cost from the seller to the Service Provider’s warehouse, and any applicable sales tax. If these are not covered by the Client’s prepayment, the Service Provider may deduct up to 20% extra from the Client’s balance. Insufficient funds may result in a balance debt (“purchase on credit”). If debt remains unpaid before shipping, the item will be returned, and the Client will be charged for the provider’s commission, shipping to the warehouse, and return cost.
2.2. The Client bears full responsibility for selecting the correct size (for clothing, shoes, etc.) and must specify the size according to the store’s standards. By default, sizes are treated as US standards unless the Client explicitly requests UK, EU, etc., in the order comments.
2.3. All goods must comply with postal and customs regulations of both the Client’s and Service Provider’s countries (size, weight, content, declared value).
2.4. Purchases on eBay.com are allowed only from sellers with a rating of 10 or higher.
2.5. The Service Provider purchases items on behalf of the Client by deducting costs—including item cost, shipping to the warehouse, and applicable taxes—from the Client’s balance, provided the seller ships to the Service Provider’s warehouse.
2.6. If the desired item is out of stock at purchase time, the Service Provider may mark it “Out of Stock.” The Client may then replace or remove the item; replacements may incur extra shipping/tax costs, treated as new orders.
2.7. Items may be stored free of charge at the Service Provider’s warehouse for up to 30 calendar days from arrival. Storage fees apply thereafter per-day according to https://postigo.kz/services. The carrier will notify the Client within 45 days from arrival; after that, the Service Provider may dispose of the shipment without further notice.
2.8. If the seller fails to ship, the Service Provider will seek refunds but makes no guarantees, as the Client chose the seller.
2.9. The Service Provider is responsible for proper packaging and additional services (special packaging, item inspection, photos), charged per current rates. If a parcel exceeds size/weight limits, the Service Provider may change the courier without notice, unless the Client objects in package assembly comments.
2.10. The terms, rates, and processing times may be amended unilaterally by the Service Provider.
2.11. The Service Provider may refuse to purchase any item at its discretion without explanation.
2.12. The Service Provider may refuse services to any Client at its discretion.
3. Account Top‑Up and Refunds
3.1. Clients may top up their balance via the methods listed at: https://postigo.kz/account/balance
3.2. The Service Provider may grant a credit to the Client at its discretion and may refuse without notice.
3.3. If free shipping limits are affected by canceled items, delivery costs will be debited from the Client’s balance.
3.4. Refunds are processed by reversing the original payment minus top-up fees. Provider-side processing takes up to 2 business days; bank-side, 2–10 business days. Refunds are returned in the original currency, with the bank’s exchange rate applied if necessary.
4. Virtual Address & Purchase Assistance
4.1. Clients must pay using personal bank/credit cards only; gift card payments are prohibited and may lead to account suspension. Unpaid shipments to the Turkish warehouse may incur storage fees per https://postigo.kz/services. Violations may lead to service suspension and shipment return at Client's expense.
4.2. Clients must not ship items prohibited under US or destination country laws.
4.3. Responsibility for incoming packages starts when the postal service transfers them to the Service Provider’s warehouse.
4.4. Liability is based on actual accepted weight, not vendor- or courier-declared values.
4.5. The Service Provider is not responsible for incorrectly entered virtual address details, regardless of fault.
4.6. Incoming parcels must be dispatched from the warehouse within 60 days. Unpaid/unclaimed parcels may be returned, donated, or disposed of at the Provider’s discretion.
4.7. Virtual address service (USA) excludes purchases from private individuals—except eBay transactions paid via PayPal.
4.8. Purchase Assistance does not include item weighing; the Provider verifies only compliance with the order.
5. Shipments & Delivery
5.1. Delivery rates from the warehouse are simulated via the shipping calculator: https://postigo.kz/rates. Rates include shipping fee and mandatory insurance.
5.2. Clients pay shipping after items arrive at the warehouse. Final cost is based on assembled, weighed parcel. Clients choose preferences in the “Packages” portal: address, courier, insurance, etc. No weight claims accepted post-assembly.
5.3–5.4. Clients may edit parcel contents, packaging preferences, insurance, and declaration until acceptance. Changes require a support ticket and must match contents.
5.5–5.7. Shipping fees are invoiced post-weighing. Clients who enable auto-payment from balance will be charged automatically; otherwise, manual payment or top-up is required.
5.8. Unpaid parcels are stored for 7 days from acceptance.
5.9. Clients must provide accurate item declarations. Misdeclaration incurs a $50 fine. The Service Provider may correct declarations without notice.
5.10. Services are deemed complete once the parcel has been handed to the postal courier.
5.11–5.12. The Service Provider is not liable for delivery speed; estimates are approximate. Coverage areas are listed at: https://postigo.kz/
5.13–5.14. The Service Provider does not process insurance claims with couriers, nor is liable for customs issues, incomplete clearance, or regulatory confiscations.
5.15. The Service Provider is not liable for re-export expenses or related delays.
6. Provider’s Obligations
6.1. The Service Provider will comply with Client’s service requests, provided they conform to this Agreement, postal rules, and customs law.
7. Client’s Obligations
7.1. The Client must provide accurate personal information. Pending verification, services may be suspended and proof (ID, bank statements, order copies, card photos) may be requested.
7.2. The Client must timely pay for Provider services, goods, associated charges, and any incurred credit; unpaid balances may result in service suspension.
7.3. The Client must retain payment receipts and transaction records until balance top-up is confirmed.
7.4. Clients may not resell ordered goods commercially.
7.5. Only one account per Client is permitted.
7.6. The Client must ensure accuracy of all product details (color, size, SKU, etc.) per seller listing.
8. Returns and Exchanges
8.1. Return or exchange of compliant goods is processed per the seller’s policy and at the Client’s expense from the international warehouse. Virtual Address returns incur additional postal and Service Provider fees per https://postigo.kz/services.
9. Liability Limitations
9.1–9.3. The Provider is not liable for any Client losses—direct or indirect—due to errors, interruptions, data loss, courier or payment system faults, delays, or mishandling.
9.4–9.6. The Provider is not liable for item quality, completeness, appearance, defects, or misrepresentation by the seller. It does not provide warranties.
9.7. The Client agrees not to involve the Provider in disputes with sellers, couriers, or payment systems.
9.8. The Client fully bears responsibility for correct customs declaration.
9.9. The Provider does not cover customs duties.
9.10. Compensation for Provider’s errors is capped at the Provider’s commission.
9.11–9.12. Insurance compensates only insured lost parcels (not for damage, partial loss, customs confiscation, misaddressing, returns). Insurance amount is limited to insured value, excluding shipping unless otherwise stated.
10. Force Majeure
10.1. Parties are released (in whole or in part) from obligations under events of force majeure: floods, fires, earthquakes, epidemics, war, and other unforeseeable events.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1. Parties will seek resolution by negotiation.
11.2. Unresolved disputes will be governed by US law.
12. Bonuses, Coupons, Affiliate Program
12.1. Bonuses and coupons (including cash equivalents) are non-transferable and non-redeemable for withdrawal.
12.2. Terms for bonuses, promo codes, and affiliate program may change without notice.
Postigo.kz reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of changes. The latest version is always available on this page.
